Sig Rinde on the uniqness of tag combinations (Tagsonomy), and querying-by-TagIntersection. Using multiple tags, about 33 tags could give a unique identity to every person in the whole world... Add that a set of tags gives immediate (and complete!) information about the object. Far beyond what a two dimensional system may give (First and middle name, family name, does not give much information that). And that is what knowledge is all about. Expand on that. I never got around to implementing a Wiki Name Network...

Google announced their ProjectGlass (Google Glass-es) project, a pair of HUD glasses to wear for Augmented Reality. Unfortunately they simultaneously released a video showing features that are impossible with the kind of glasses they're showing. Bad job setting expectations. I'd be very tempted to get these things, pair with Chording Keyboard... Manfred Macx Always On You time... Unfortunately this is destined to pair with an Android device, which I don't think is open enough (need better Python On Android - Bundle Many Runtimes), would prefer MeeGo with QT or something...
Kira Newman reviews/summarizes Robert Scoble and Shel Israel's Age Of Context (Context) book. *Elevator pitch: Contextual technologies – which “understand” things about you and your environment – are the latest evolution in tech, made popular by Google Glass. This book describes how contextual technology will influence the way you live and work in the future. We already have fridge magnets that can order your favorite pizza, car software that disables the gas on stolen vehicles, and radiation detectors in Japan; imagine what the future will bring. (more)

My old Archos70 has been getting slower and clunkier as apps get updated, and it's orphaned (Android before Google blessed it for Tablet-s), and my Kindle app got wiped/orphaned (2013-11-01-KindleAppKilledOnMyArchosTablet), so I bought myself a Nexus Seven for XMas. (more)
Because this site is written with a WikiEngine, and I use Smashed Together Words for Automatic Linking of WikiWord-s. Unfortunately, when I want to create a page with a single-word name, that creates issues, so I end up mis-capitalizing another letter in the word. (more)

Sexism or gender discrimination is prejudice or discrimination based on a person's sex.[1] Sexist attitudes may stem from traditional stereotypes of gender roles,[2][3] and may include the belief that a person of one sex is intrinsically superior to a person of the other.[4] A job applicant may face discriminatory hiring practices, or (if hired) receive unequal compensation or treatment compared to that of their opposite-sex peers.[5] Extreme sexism may foster sexual harassment, rape and other forms of sexual violence.[6] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexism
