(2011-09-07) Aol Tech Crunch Fund Arrington Mess

Mike Arrington announced the launch of a VC Crunch Fund, with the blessing of AOL's Tim Armstrong. Ariana Huffington and many other saw this as creating a potential conflict of interest. Conflict ensued.

At this point it's a mess with uncertain outcome.

Did the lawyers screw up or what?

Sept12 update: Arrington is out. I wonder what the $ deal was (e.g. how much did he get to leave "quietly")?
