Here's my analogy: If the government provided free restaurant meals for everyone:

• would the food be any good?
• would there be a market for decent mid-priced restaurants?
• would nouvelle cuisine have ever been invented?
• would more ComputersInClassrooms change the answer to any of the previous questions?

What bar would a "food safety inspector" set? Considering the seasonality of teen suicide?
